Programme Management Structure and Practices

  • Project Management Committee (PMC):
    Consisting of all senior managers (project Coordinators, Assistant Project Coordinators, Accounts and Administration Officers) and two members of Governing Body under the Director. Meets in the first week of every month and convened by a member. Convener is rotated annually. PMC submits the report to the Director and the development is kept informed to the Governing Body in its regular meetings.

  • Second-in-line leadership:
    PMC is the structure for recruiting and grooming or nurturing second-in-line leaders. Consists at present of two senior managers (Assistant Project Manager and Accounts and Administration Officer) and two members of the Governing Body (Vice President and one member). They provides assistance on day-to-day operations of SAHELI. 

  • Project Reviews:
    For each project separately and the entire staff team together in every month. Presentation is drawn from MIS project specific and compiled one for SAHELI.

  • Project monitoring:
    At regular intervals by PMC and by Director both separate and joint
    After this give the details of projects and other activities
